Visual AI for manufacturing inspection and surveillance
DaoAI Robotics Inc. is a Vancouver-based AI company founded in 2018. We develop AI-powered automated optical inspection (AOI) systems and visual AI surveillance platforms for manufacturing and industrial operations worldwide.
Our flagship product, the AI AOI for PCBA, reduces new product introduction (NPI) programming from hours to 5 minutes — without CAD files, component libraries, or specialized programming engineers. For high-mix, low-volume production lines, this eliminates the "NPI Paradox" where setup time exceeds actual production runtime.
Our second product line, DaoAI World SkyVision, brings no-code AI to video surveillance. Operators train and deploy custom detection models on-site in hours — with zero cloud dependency and 100% on-premise data processing.
Our partners include Siemens, BASF, and Brose. We are a member of NGen Canada's AI for Manufacturing (AI4M) collaboration.
